Tele Sales Executive

Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive with 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer outreach. You will play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

What Will You Be Involved With?

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining product/service benefits
  • Handling inbound queries and converting leads into confirmed clients
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate records of all calls and outcomes
  • Following up on leads through phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Achieving daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns promptly
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • 6 months to 3 years of tele sales, BPO, or call center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
  • Confidence in handling high call volumes and working under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or data entry tools
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bonus: Experience in sales for tech products or services
