We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR professional with over 3 years of experience to lead and support key human resources functions. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. Your expertise will help shape a high-performing and people-first culture within the organization.

What Will You Be Involved With?

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning
  • Designing and implementing HR policies and employee engagement strategies
  • Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
  • Overseeing onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Driving performance review cycles and compensation planning
  • Ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborating with leadership to support organizational goals

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • 3+ years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
  • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in designing employee engagement and development strategies
  • Ability to lead HR initiatives independently and support team success
  • Proficiency in HR tools, MS Office, and basic HRMS platforms
