What Will You Be Involved With?

• Providing legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks across all business functions
• Assisting with dispute resolution and litigation matters, if required
• Conducting legal research and staying informed about changes in legislation
• Advising on intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law issues

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar in-house counsel role, with prior experience assisting a Senior Advocate or practical exposure to court proceedings.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Bonus: Experience in specific industry regulations or international law
